Most boxing fans believe that if a fighter sticks around too long for a fight they start to diminish during the later rounds. With the added pressure from a younger opponent, his speed, stamina, and ability in boxing will certainly tire the boxing pound-per-pound king. Bradley vs Pacquiao is a great battle not to miss out.
Pacquiao never look tired in his life when he fought Juan Manuel Marquez. It could either be mind games or Pacquiao is just too old for the sport? Considering if Pacquiao is letting down his guard with his latest fight with Marquez it could be Pacquiao is hiding his secret weapon.
Marquez is a great fighter being able to bounce back after a knock-out made by Pacquiao, but on the other had Bradley is also tough as steel. With Bradley’s young age he could very well enjoy playing with Pacquiao on the ring.
Bradley has already spotted Pacquiao’s weakness in terms of his stamina. He plans on taking his game by changing strategy and shift to high gear during the early rounds. Basically his strategy is to pin Pacquiao to the ropes forcing the pound-per-pound king to lose energy therefore not being able to make it to the final rounds.
Pacquiao’s legs are aging and with Bradley’s youth he can however gas out Pacquiao during the early rounds.
If Bradley should succeed, it will be easy for him to take Pacquiao down on the later rounds thus affecting his speed and power. Stamina is the sole battery that keeps a fighter afloat. Once a fighter’s stamina decreases it will be hard for him to continue on making waves on the ring.
The Pacquiao vs Bradley fight will begin this coming June 9th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Nevada.
