With fight week just around the corner, fighter of the decade and pound-per-pound king Manny Pacquiao is heading to Las Vegas Nevada. Both fighters are expected to appear later on for a press conference.  Pacquiao vs. Bradley is one epic fight in 2012.

Despite the heavy criticism with Pacquiao’s holy crusade with the bible, the champion still believes that being religious is a God send in which he was blessed.

“It has really helped,” Pacquiao said. “If you have a live spirit in yourself, then you have peace, love, gentleness, peace of mind, joy and self-control.” Pacquiao added.

Even Pacquiao’s promoter, Bob Arum, sees that being a religious person do has its perks as he notices Pacquiao’s changes.

“He is spiritually awakened,” Arum said. “I think it’s going to work wonders for him.”

Freddie Roach, Pacquiao’s mentor and trainer , believes that his changes has made him into a better fighter and giving him more resolve to fight in the ring. Roach even believes that Pacquiao has more energy, more focus.  Roach even remembered that in the past, Pacquiao would come to the gym feeling a little tired with lack of sleep. Now, Pacquiao has changed and he shows up in the ring feeling refreshed and energize.

Pacquiao has been training everyday in preparation for the Bradley vs. Pacquiao fight and with only a few days left both fighters are already focus.

In other news, when it comes to boxing, right-handed fighters are always leery whenever they face left handed punchers such as Pacquiao. Bradley has been training for almost 20 months now for Pacquiao and believes that his training will finally see the fruits of his labor. He believes that his training will greatly improve his defense and footwork that could outgun Pacquiao when he steps inside the ring.

But the biggest concern in every fight has to be the head butts, but Bradley believes that his training will lessen the collision.
